Terms of Service
Last updated 27 July 2026. These terms govern your use of the GCYE Digital Platform as a member of the Ghana Chamber of Young Entrepreneurs (GCYE).
1. Membership
Membership is open to eligible entrepreneurs, business owners, and students under the categories published by GCYE. Membership is granted upon approval and remains active for the paid membership period, subject to renewal.
2. Accurate information
You agree to provide accurate, current information at registration and to keep your profile up to date. GCYE may suspend accounts found to contain materially false information.
3. Dues and payments
Membership dues are due annually unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed through our payment partner; GCYE does not store your card details. Failure to renew dues may result in your membership lapsing to inactive status.
4. Acceptable use
The B2B Directory, Forum, and Support Ticket features are provided for legitimate business networking and member support. You agree not to use these features to harass other members, post false or misleading business information, or distribute unsolicited commercial content outside GCYE's own communications.
5. Account security
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Notify GCYE immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
6. Termination
GCYE may suspend or terminate membership for violation of these terms, non-payment of dues, or at the member's own request.
7. Changes
GCYE may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
