GCYE is focused on advancing its members' business capacity to become competitive businesses that will create wealth and jobs, provide skills to the youth and contribute revenue through paying taxes for national growth. Our mandate revolves around five thematic areas:

With our established captains of industry, we provide business mentorship, coaching and capacity building to our members.

GCYE researches and lobbies for business funding avenues such as crowdfunding, grants and debt funding for young people to grow their ideas.

We promote trade and exchanges between our chamber and recognised business organisations to tap into limitless opportunities globally.
